Why Chicago?

Chicago’s global economy is thriving as over 350 major corporations have established offices here and we continue to lead U.S. cities in direct foreign investments. A skilled labor force, the availability of prime locations, excellent transportation options and a host of innovative financing and other resources combine to make Chicago an excellent destination for new and expanding businesses. Special incentives designed to bolster economic development in underserved areas have resulted in millions of dollars being invested in these communities and made Chicago a leader in inner city business development.Your Legacy Awaits..!

Why Roseland | Pullman?

The adjacent neighborhood of Pullman and Roseland are rooted in the successive migration of a variety of ethnic groups, on one hand, and the creation of America’s first planned community, on the other. Founded by George Pullman, this company town was devoted to the manufacture of the famed Pullman Railroad car. Factory workers and skilled tradesmen populated both communities and Roseland was the shopping mecca for the area. It is against the backdrop of historical preservation that the area is building its future. Its listing on the National Registry of Historic Places by the National Park Service has spurred vigorous economic development and an accompanying cultural renewal. New businesses have emerged and more are planned. Landmarks are being restored and the neighborhood is attracting both new residents and tourists. Roseland | Pullman is Growing Greater!
